Select the most suitable insurance critical illness insurance beware of the most important four errors
Recent years, major diseases, particularly the increasing incidence of cancer, suffering from an increasingly younger population, once the disease, huge medical costs, patients and their families will no doubt become the primary problems . As a result, a severe illness insurance coverage in time become more and more consensus. However, the current market a wide range of critical illness insurance products, in addition to choose the most suitable for their own insurance, consumers should also avoid the dangerous re-insurance into the
misunderstanding: critical illness insurance can protect all diseases in fact, critical illness insurance coverage to consumers only in the insurance contract within the scope of protection to get Peifu. Thus, consumers in the purchase critical illness insurance product, be sure to look at the terms of the insurance contract insurance coverage, while insurance companies should inform the medical history to avoid future unnecessary disputes when claims.
Myth: the higher the better insured amount of critical illness insurance coverage level should be based on their actual needs of consumers, financial capacity and insurance companies insurance to determine the specific provisions, but also, the amount is not higher the good. Currently, the average cost of treatment of major diseases is 10 million, so under normal circumstances, critical illness insurance the insured amount control in 100,000 to 200,000 yuan more moderate, but best not less than 10 million.
Myth: choice like pay less in insurance with critical illness insurance, consumers should choose the method of payment, the benefits are two aspects, first of all, choose the method of payment, the total premium paid by consumers, although the ratio of like pay slightly more, but pay less each time, will not bring greater economic pressure on families. Second, some insurance companies provide that critical illness insurance money paid in fees during the period, then from the date of payment, consumers may be exempted from subsequent insurance premiums, and insurance contracts remain in force.
Myth: Great weight loss will not surrender illness insurance policy cash value of the first few years, roughly equivalent to the loss of surrender premiums paid by policyholders; the second year of the policy cash value of only about three percent over the premium payment. In other words, if consumers in the insurance two years after the surrender, then the premium paid by the insurance company Liucheng more will be charged, apparently does not pay.

ECFA will actively promote the two sides signed the auto industry
ECFA will actively promote the two sides signed the automotive industry
2010 6 29 afternoon, the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait Chairman Chen Yunlin and the Taiwan Straits Exchange Foundation Chairman Chiang Pin-kung, signed in Chongqing remarkable Framework Agreement 6 months to trade in goods agreement, trade in services agreements, the establishment of appropriate procedures for dispute settlement mechanisms and the establishment of investment protection issues such as consultations and completed as soon as possible, reach an agreement.
Under the agreement, ECFA's objectives are: between the two sides to strengthen and enhance economic, trade and investment cooperation; promote bilateral trade in goods and services, further liberalization, and gradually establish a fair, transparent and convenient investment and protection mechanisms; to expand economic cooperation, establishment of cooperative mechanisms. in the agreement The two sides agreed to gradually reduce or eliminate the substantial majority of trade in goods between the two sides of tariff and non-tariff barriers; gradually reduce or eliminate a number of sectors between the two sides of trade in services covered by restrictive measures; to provide investment protection, and promote two-way investment; promote trade and investment facilitation and industrial exchanges and cooperation.
ECFA one bright spot is that under the Early Harvest Programme, China will have 539 products originating in Taiwan, the implementation of tariff reduction, including agricultural products, chemical products, mechanical products, electronic products, automotive spare parts, textile products, light industrial products, metallurgical products, instrumentation and medical products, such as ten categories. Taiwan will have 267 products originating in the mainland to implement tariff reduction, including petroleum products, machinery products, textile products, and other four categories. The two sides will implement the Early Harvest Program of not more than 2 years after the time of the early harvest in 3 steps to achieve zero-tariff products.
According to the agreement) shows the cross-strait peace and prosperity is not the into the world market, the signing of ECFA, Taiwan has more than 500 goods exported to the mainland, these products, many of Taiwan's SMEs competitive.
to Ma Ying-jeou on the ECFA emphasized before the signing, ECFA on Taiwan's economy the development of life and death, consultation ECFA is very urgent for Taiwan. He further pointed out that the early signing of the list without any consultation, probably in the beginning only the petrochemical, automotive, textiles, machinery and other industries by a greater impact into the in. At the same time, the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs Investment Commission Executive Secretary Fanliang Dong said that investors are considering opening up the island to the mainland brewing automotive industry. Strait in the first Forum meeting, the CPC Central Committee's Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office Director Wang Yi announced the There has long been the historical background of mutual complementarity. Taiwan's automotive business is small, but in the fierce market competition, are good out of a training effort, which has been available in parts manufacturing in international competitiveness. and the auto industry compared to other auto parts manufacturing industry in a systematic, electronic controllers and automotive electronics and so on advantages. In recent years, the development of automotive electronics in Taiwan, showing a functional diversification, technology integration, system integration and communication networks of the characteristics of the GPS navigation system, CAN-BUS bus, automatic transmission control systems, security systems, car TV, car air-conditioning, airbags, testing the bus, etc., can go hand in hand with the international auto parts giants Taiwan. number of industrial computer manufacturers have fully into the vehicle electronic control products field, and have achieved impressive market performance.
but in terms of vehicle design and manufacturing, especially in the autonomous vehicle branding vehicle, the Taiwanese auto companies as disadvantaged geographical areas, particularly low-end cars in Taiwan R & D and manufacturing, auto companies in Taiwan has been its own market share in the blank. after all, for multinational corporations such as Toyota, occupied the vast majority of market share case, the concern is in the high-end market to gain more profit. In contrast, China's own brands in the low-end market in the greater price advantage, especially in Chery, Geely, represented by Mainland own brand, one product line are more diverse, the highest price of their products also in July, about eighty thousand yuan; second has been in the overseas markets open up markets outside of the development is no stranger to the mainland.
in the development of low-end car market, Taiwan's huge consumption potential has not yet been excavated. Taiwan's motorcycle density in the world, Taiwan has 23 million population, the number of motorcycles over 14 million actually. Once, as Chery, Geely own brands to enter the mainland to Taiwan and maintain its quality of stability in the Taiwan market has won a certain reputation, is likely to make 14 million directly to aspects of manufacturing and auto parts, would be to a large extent on the mutual benefit each other. particularly in the automotive manufacturing industry, from Taiwan to the mainland factory of the world into the world market, the signing of ECFA, Taiwan 500 number of goods exported to the mainland, these products, Taiwan has the competitive auto parts will be benefited.
automobile industry in Taiwan mainly to support the compatibility of competition and industrial policy, the upstream component system in the vehicle production driven by the formation of a small amount of auto parts enterprises in Taiwan and diverse, flexible manufacturing division of the professional model refinement, spare parts and quality of R & D has an internationally competitive. However, due to the limited size of the automotive market in Taiwan, most of Taiwan's auto parts sales to North America, Europe and mainland China, the main export products include sheet metal, wheels, body, engine and brake parts and crash parts, etc., and mainly to supply the automotive aftermarket and service in the world to occupy an important share of the market .
contrast, auto demand in Taiwan has become saturated, far can not meet the growing scale of production and capacity requirements, the industry's margins are getting smaller and smaller, so the mainland market is their primary goal . According to statistics, Taiwan's auto parts industry now has more than 200 companies investing in the mainland, mainly in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Jiangsu, accounting for about 82%. Taiwan's leading auto parts companies such as Dongyang, VI, Great billion, Jiang Shen, and large and so have set up plants in mainland China, and gradually become a major manufacturer of auto parts. So with the signing of ECFA, the auto companies in Taiwan, especially for Taiwan's auto parts business for at least three or more aspects of the obvious benefits:
First, the vast mainland market can significantly improve economies of scale: Taiwan a more than 2300 million people, only the region, there are 11 automotive manufacturing plants, and belong to the 11 there are thousands of homes, a subsidiary. The 11 car production plant in the economies of scale. This means that idle equipment is high, the share of each car down the high cost of parts manufacturing, economies of scale could take place. But once the car with the mainland enterprises to cooperate, with the increment of the market amplification will be unprecedented, scale cars and parts for Taiwan's enterprises to reduce costs, improve competitiveness, and opened up a vast market space.
Second, both financial and human resource sharing with the mainland : Taiwan's automobile plant on the surface most of the cooperation with foreign capital, but the real investment in factories in Taiwan with little or no large enterprises. These foreign plants just to meet the Taiwan local market demand as a subsidiary processing base, and the mother plant has not been fully brought funds, advanced technology and management, and personnel and other resources, so the past, Taiwan's auto industry is at best a car assembly plant's fate. and once into the mainland's auto market, the rapid in China From the development of commercial vehicles, passenger cars, new cars and other aspects of energy, can motor vehicles and parts with Taiwan companies to find the common unprecedented development opportunities, so the financial and human resource sharing, and naturally will have a good prospects for cooperation.
three are conducive to creating the brand image of the auto companies in Taiwan: the Taiwan automobile market monopoly by foreign brand cars, basically no local brands, so in the international market has also been very competitive major constraints. such as automobile plant in Taiwan, 11 in cooperation with Japan accounted for 80 to 90%, and the Japanese automobile market share as high as 95%. also the main partner in Taiwan more than car factory car prices in Japan, so it is necessary to vehicle imports, but also import the parts. Taiwan and Japan Automobile Motor Company in cooperation, not only access to development resources, and could not escape the technological dependence on Japanese cars, so far not even own vehicle design platform So the brand image of car prices in Taiwan is even more impossible. in a mainland car market doing strong backing and strong on the basis of improved economies of scale, create their own brand image will be possible. In both bigger, and stronger, so that China's auto industry to go in the direction of the world's leading across the Taiwan Strait share a common interest because, in addition to promoting the further improvement of the core technology, the creation of international brands will also promote each other.
the mainland's own-brand car companies in the economy car, A0-class, A00-Class design and manufacture, through joint ventures over the years with the same stage racing, already has considerable strength and foundation of the building in terms of brand power is also on results. So the Taiwan's low-end sedan market, the two sides have broad prospects for cooperation, can break in this market segment, the Japanese and Korean cars in Taiwan, rests in the hands of their compatriots on both sides. On the contrary some of the key components of the research in the area, with the help of Taiwanese companies, mainland enterprises can also be an early end to auto companies across the Taiwan Strait, it is a great positive and open their own development. only in the specific operational level, there are specific problems to be solved step by step. But the first sign at the strategic level, ECFA to both sides of the vehicle and parts enterprises laid a solid foundation for cooperation, and open a huge market space, as long as the next operation, gradually negotiated settlement of specific laws and regulations aspects.
can be seen that as the vehicle manufacturing and parts in the new situation across the Taiwan Strait an important and mutually beneficial economic and trade projects, carried out before the two sides had a lot of market research for possible bottlenecks have also been studied. now It seems there has been an insurmountable obstacle, but how to come to the mutual benefit and complementarity implement a market prospects.
